The Christmas Pledge

We all know that the Christmas Season this year is going to be different than we expected. Our first desire is to try and make it as "normal" as possible, but normal is hard to define now. Instead, this is the year, when so many things can't happen, to find what is most important. Join us in taking the Christmas Pledge for a "New Year, New Traditions, and Renewed Faith"

Below is a copy of the Christmas Pledge, and a set of resources that you can use either on your own, or with your family. Keep up with our series during Advent for more info to help us make the most of this season. Check back here because the list of resources will probably get added to as the season goes on.

​The Christian New Year - Advent Deovtional Book
Starting Dec. 1 there's a new devotion every day. There are a variety of formats that you can choose from for this book. There's also a series of weekly videos that take you more in depth.

Unplug The Christmas Machine
This is the book that the Christmas Pledge comes from. Remember that it was copyrighted in 1991 so some of the examples will fee a little dated. However, when you remember how old it is, then the challenge of the questions that ask become more important.
